The Orchard Park Redevelopment and West Village Transfer Student Housing Stage 1 RFP was released on May 30, 2017. All responses were due by June 23, 2017. Six Developer teams submitted proposals and four were selected to interview with the UC Davis Selection Committee. Of the four interviewees, three were selected to move on to the Stage 2 RFP process.
